Abstract: In todays business environment, where the customer is paramount, great communication is vital to the provision of value. Poor communication results in a lack of agreement about potential outcomes, a failure to understand risks, and unrealistic expectations. It is the most common cause by far of customer dissatisfaction, complaints and even lawsuits.
