Abstract: Veterinarians and staff must work together as a team to introduce cat owners to the concepts of normal feline behaviour, reward based training, and establishing healthy social relationships. This can be complemented by handouts, DVD’s and a list of reading recommendations. In addition, the clinic website should be populated with links to guide owners to sites you recommend.
