Abstract:

The paper by RA Laven and KE Lawrence published in the New Zealand Veterinary Journal 58, 207–212, 2010, entitled, “Analysis of the value of measurement of the activity of caeruloplasmin as an alternative to measurement of the concentration of elemental copper in plasma and serum of farmed red deer” contained an error in Figure 3; the 95% confi dence intervals (dotted lines) from the segmented regression model were shown incorrectly. The correct figure, with its caption, is reproduced here.
